January 20 - Connect After Church – Chili & Pie Cook Off

Our annual chili and pie cook off is only a week away after the service on January 20. Bring a crock pot of (HOT temperature) chili and your favorite pie to share. We will provide the drinks and utensils.

January 22 - Welcome to Church Taco Night!

For anyone that is new to Encounter and has not attended a taco night, we invite you to a dinner at our home. We want to get to know you. You’ll be able to hear the history of Encounter and meet some of our leadership.

January 30 - Fifth Wednesday Kids Worship Night

We were invited to join Rock Harbor in Mission Viejo for what they call “5th Wednesday”. Our very own worship leader, David Toney, will be leading worship for kids and their families. Meet at 6:30 PM at the worship center at Grace Christian Church off of Trabuco Rd..

February 4 - Together Groups Resume

The week of February 4. Together group registration will open next Sunday, January 20.

February 10 & March 10 - Worship Nights

Join us for worship nights at our Encounter church offices, these are great opportunities to seek the heart of God together.

Spring 2019 - Teacher Blessings

When we started Encounter, we purposed in our hearts to be a blessing at Philip Reilly Elementary School. A very simple way that we’ve done that is through teacher blessings. Every single Sunday one of you signs-up to bring a treat for 50 staff and volunteers here at Philip Reilly. It can be something as simple as a snack or a small gift. The point is just to make the staff here feel loved, cared for and cherished. Thank you for doing this so well week after week. Sign-up here
