Who we are
Here's the deal, Encounter Church cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. Encounter Church is a family-oriented group of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want to invite others to encounter the same life-changing God and become passionate followers of Christ. We define that by these 5 values.
Encountering God
When you have a genuine encounter with the life-changing God, your life will never be the same. God loves you and is crazy about you. He desires a deep relationship with you.

We welcome people like family and love and support one another in everyday life.
Radical Transformation
God’s love transforms us through a process called sanctification. Sanctification is a process in which we are made into the image of God. His Spirit produces fruit in us that will last.
Generous Lives
Committed and overwhelmingly generous with our time, talent and treasure.

Using the unique gifts and calling God has given each one of us for the glory of HIs kingdom.
Where we come from
Encounter Church was planted in Mission Viejo, California on March 22, 2015 by Pastor Jason Carson. Our desire from day one has been to see genuine encounters with the living God that lead to radically transformed lives – lives that are marked by the fruits of the Spirit.

What's the bottom line? More than ever, Encounter Church is committed to fostering families building their lives as fully devoted followers of Christ. We don’t seek transformation, we seek Jesus. But in our pursuit of Jesus, we are radically transformed.
